Welch DuoSeal Belt Driven Rotary Vane Pumps are rugged vacuum pumps designed for general laboratory vacuum and chemical applications.  Ranging from .9 SCFM to 18 SCFM they cover a wild variance of flow requirements found in most collegiate, commercial, and industrial laboratory environments.

The DuoSeal line features large oil reservoirs to dilute chemical contaminants along with low pumping speeds to reduce friction/wear/heat to lessen chemical reactivity.  All DuoSeal pumps provide deep vacuum to .001 Torr (29.919"HgV)

Special two-stage models 1376B-46, 1397B-46, and 1402B-46 are designed specifically for Refrigeration Service.  These models provide deep vacuum for fast, thorough evacuation of refrigeration systems along with a built in gas ballast for high vapor load.  Low pump RPM speeds and large oil reservoirs help to extend life and reduce maintenance intervals in the refrigeration application.
